About Bay Poke

Let me put you onto Bay Poke, a laid-back Hawaiian restaurant tucked along East Colorado Boulevard in Pasadena that instantly feels like a mini island escape. Located at 2345 E Colorado Blvd #195, Pasadena, CA 91107, United States, Bay Poke is the kind of spot you notice because people keep walking out smiling, bowls in hand, already planning their next visit. The vibe is casual and breezy, perfect for lunch breaks, relaxed dinners, or those days when you want something fresh without sacrificing comfort. When I introduce friends to Bay Poke, I usually start by talking about how customizable and approachable the menu feels, whether you’re a poke regular or trying it for the first time.

What really stands out is how Bay Poke balances comfort food energy with genuinely healthy options. You can build a quick bite that’s light and nourishing, or load up a bowl that feels hearty and satisfying, all while choosing from organic dishes and vegetarian options that don’t feel like an afterthought. The flavors lean clean and vibrant, which makes it easy to crave again and again. On top of that, Bay Poke keeps things flexible with service options that fit real life, including dine-in for when you want to hang out, takeaway for busy days, delivery when staying in sounds better, and even no-contact delivery for extra peace of mind. Outdoor seating adds to the relaxed Hawaiian feel, especially when the weather is nice.

I also like how Bay Poke feels welcoming without trying too hard. The space, the menu, and the overall flow make it easy to pop in solo or bring a group with different preferences. If you’re in Pasadena and looking for something that’s fast, fresh, and full of island-inspired flavor, Bay Poke fits right into that sweet spot, especially for anyone who appreciates simple, well-balanced meals that feel thoughtful yet effortless every single time you stop by during a busy week.

Came by because I was craving for poke bowl. They are located in the same plaza of Vons. This place is very clean, and it has a few table inside of the store. I ordered a small bowl with vegetable base with a scoop of salmon and scallop. The portion was huge. I requested to add eel sauce in the bowl. They have a variety of toppings to add on. Price was reasonable. I was unable to finish the bowl. Parking was very easy in this location. I will come by again for more poke bowl.

We came in about 30 minutes before closing, and even though it was our first time and we took a bit longer to order, the staff didn’t rush us at all. I got the medium bowl with salmon, spicy tuna, and baked scallop. Honestly, I’m not even a big fan of raw fish, but I loved this bowl! The sauces really balanced out the flavors, and everything tasted super fresh. Portions were big, and it’s definitely worth the price

I was looking for a poke bowl spot and this popped up. It was definitely the right choice for poke. I ordered their large bowl with 3 proteins, I choose the spicy tuna, salmon, and shrimp on a bed of salad and sweet dressing. Overall it was a phenomenal poke bowl. The flavors were delicious and the ingredients were very fresh. I’d definitely come back again and try their other menu items. ***update*** Their red bean ice cream fish dessert is phenomenal! So great that I had two of them & I highly recommend it!
